Companies Like Netflix Seeking To Take Away Citizens Rights

Here is a quote from Netflix’s newest user contract:

These Terms of Use provide that all disputes between you and Netflix will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court). Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury and your claims cannot be brought as a class action. Please review the Arbitration Agreement below for the details regarding your agreement to arbitrate any disputes with Netflix…..”

Americans are inherently endowed with rights as citizens simply and precisely for being Americans. An inherent characteristic of those in power is to restrict, abolish or otherwise take away citizens rights if it means anything more than submitting to the dictates of what the controlling Elite wishes.

Our Federal and States Constitutions gives all of us a basic right to obtain justice either through our representatives or directly ourselves by way of litigation in the state and federal court systems. What is now very very clear is that the more power that these financial institutions and banks obtain, the more they bribe, cajole and influence legislators, courts and bureaucratic governments to reduce the inherent rights that our Constitutions affords us.

All mass populace around the world are extremely ignorant. Americans are no different. The Wall Street Movement is the most recent indicator of this.

In 1980, the majority of American men with some females elected in Ronald Reagan who brought into office a mass of Wall Street power brokers in order to permit them access to guiding him and executive branch on how to eliminate and or rewrite rules, and later laws, that would tear down the laws and subsequent rules that president Franklin D. Roosevelt and his Congressional leaders of the time enacted to grow and protect the American middle class. In fact, the “American Dream” and its rich concepts derived directly from that era.

Before the advent of television. Most people read and talked about things which were intelligent and educational about the country. Once television came and other media, the greatest selling tool was born. American Capitalism was not perfect back then, but it was one of the best things around. However, once the drive to sell, sell, sell infiltrated its ranks and the power of TV was harnessed to manipulate and program our minds, then the Barons of Human Control became King.

Wall Street had always been a place of gamblers. Before the Great Depression Wall Street was lifted to the status of being the chief God of America. It was chartered to be an entity where businesses could raise capital, but in the early 1900s it became a place of Thieves and Robbers who ran the United States into a ditch which caused millions to become homeless, jobless etc.

Sound familiar?

Those who do not know history, and act as if they know it, are destine to repeat it and end up in a more severe ditch then before.

Wall Street wrote the Netflix new contract provisions. Or more accurately, they helped design it. Most of you who have little or no idea about the law and how it works will not know the significance of what such contracts will do.

Why do you suppose a simple company providing access to our favorite movies or shows would have you agree to a contract which causes you to give up your inherent right as an American to sue them before judge and jury?

If I am not doing anything to harm you would I seek such a precious right? Do you even know how precious it is?

Wall Street since the first Bush was president began to have its lawyers create contracts for, first business owners, then home owners, which said that they had to give up their rights to sue. Up until now many courts have not upheld such, but those judges who are bribed with the promise of high paying jobs after they get off the bench have allowed citizens rights to be taken away.

The reason the current Wall Street Movement demonstrates just how ignorant most Americans are is due to the clear fact that most Americans are not out there protesting with those brave people. That’s right, your failure to support them in some way – it does not necessarily have to be going out there – like sending them food, writing every senator, congressmen, mayor, governor and Obama himself, demanding that they take the side of the People, clearly shows what your true level of intelligence is.

President Obama Held Hostage By Military Industrial Complex

President Dwight D. Eisenhower, in his 1961 speech to Congress warned, in part:

“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

“We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.”

President Eisenhower’s forewarning was not heeded. Today, we have the clearest evidence yet, that the United States Military Industrial Complex, something totally different and separate from the U.S. Military itself, has the ability to take the reins of our government and guide our land in whichever direction they see fit.

President Barrack Obama, was a man on a real mission. And everyone who attached themselves to him believed in that mission. The plan was extraordinary. Become President of the United States of America. The goal was ostensibly simple: change the nature and direction of America so it would be a country that supported the average little guy. The wealthy would no longer be catered to.

In retrospect, it is clear that President Obama was naive. He actually believed that if the common American was inspired to move him into office that he would be able to change America. Rightly or wrongly, reality has slapped him in the face.

What is the Military Industrial Complex?

Simply put, it is an American industry that designs and builds then sales weapons that can be used to defend a countrywide or attack and kill other people. Having a military industrial complex in and of itself is not an evil, it is the nature of it that determines its benefits or detrimental effects.

President Eisenhower did something extraordinary. He snitched on the Elite power brokers of the day.

A military necessarily will be under the control of either the elites of the left or the right. Normally, it is never under the control of the common people. This is why most military organizations will enter into citizens streets and gun them down on the command of those in political office. Of course we Americans believe that our military is different from all others, but they would follow such orders just as any African, Asian or European military when called to do so. So when Eisenhower, ostensibly a member of the 20th Century American Elite used his Public address that clearly warned of our military complex, he exercised a conscientiousness that few Presidents exercise.

What Eisenhower knew was from first hand experience. The daily pressures he received from non-military men did all they could to influence his policies so as to commit the United States to war. You see, just as any company with products likes to conduct research and development in the real world market, those who manufactures weapons, believe that they must have real world laboratories to experiment and develop weapons.

Fast forward to 21st Century.

Barrack Obama did not understand the depth and power of the Military Complex. He of course did not really understand the power of the Banking/Financial Complex as well. But for our purposes here, he actually believed, as most Americans, that the President of the United States was in fact the nation’s Commander and Chief. He cannot be blamed for believing this, he was not part of the Elite until now. President Barrack Obama is not really the United States Commander and Chief.  But there is no doubt in his mind now that he is not the U.S. Chief and Commander, but those who own, run and operate our Military Industrial Complex is the actual Chief.
Of course Libya is only the latest in their efforts. Bottom line. U.S. Presidents do not command our military, but behind-the-scene, unelected military industrial men do. They are constantly planning our next war. They not only get to test and develop new weaponry, but they get to play chest on a scale as demigods. Hence, they are driven by the power of deciding life and death.

Mainstream media focuses on superficial questions like whether we have enough personnel to distribute in so many conflicts. That should not be the question. One needs to honestly ask: Why does the U.S. always have to be involved in wars? Particularly since these wars create more hostility towards Americans. Who is really benefiting.

Americans are really no different than other people. We have more “educated” citizens then most countries, yet we accept the dictates of our leaders just as naively, or stupidly, as third world citizens. In other words, our leaders are able to dupe us just as others throughout the world are, and we will do little or nothing more than complain among a few friends.

Although we may sit and do nothing, I believe that it is more healthy to know reality and do nothing right then and there, than it is to not know something while it does something to us. Eisenhower called the Military Complex a real danger, and one has no chance if they do not know, or they ignore dangers.

Obama Has Lost Reality – Bush Era Tax Cuts

It is incredibly incredible that one who came from the depths of poverty and who was blessed by God to raise beyond his circumstances could some how side with the wealthiest of the wealthy. This, after being put in his position by the non-wealthy.

The Obama administration has put out a very weak justification for supporting Republicans push to mandate lower taxes for the rich. Essentially the logic went: If I support the Republicans now in reducing taxes for next two years for the top 10% of Americans, who did not vote for me nor ever will; then they will support me to get 6 or so months of a continuance of Unemployment insurance for the common American who is unemployed. The amount here would only be 15% of what Obama affords to the wealthy in terms of dollars.

What this line of reasoning leaves out is this: if the Republicans are successful in opposing the extension of unemployment payments for the common John out there, then they risk increasing their negatives among those people, and increases the popularity of Obama. Obama is no body’s fool; he clearly knows this, but for some reason prefers to reduce his chances of re-election just to satisfy the wealthy.

Moreover, the money that would go to pay the common unemployed person, comes from those who have been working common jobs, for the most part. i.e. those of us earning less than 250k annually. Only, and I do mean ONLY, the top 10% money earners contribute less than 20% to the actual revenues of the federal and state governments.

When it comes to domestic programs like social security, unemployment, road building etc. the wealthy contribute about 10% to such programs, but when it comes to financing wars, foreign and domestic economic programs for business growth, over 90% of funds come from those who earn $250,000 and less. The Common Person.

Either Obama has the worse of the worst possible political handlers, or he has simply cashed his Common Man card in in hopes of being issued an Eliteman card. Or, I don’t know, the only other logical explanation is that they are Black Mailing him or threatening his life. For no matter how you look at it, it is Obama’s catering to and doing obscene things, like the trillion dollar bail out, which decreases his popularity, commonsense says that if he stands up to the wealthy his chances for re-election would increase.

You got me on this one, I don’t have any idea what’s going on with our President.

Enemies Within The United States

What has become very very clear is the fact that while our attention is focused on “enemies” outside of our country – e.g. Al Quaeda, Iran, North Korea and even Mexicans – a far more destructive group of persons are attacking the United States from within. They are causing more destruction from within than any enemy can achieve without.

These internal Enemies Of The State, are not Arabs, Mexicans or the thugs who steal, rob and kill throughout our land, but are those who have penetrated each White House administration since Nixon with Double Agents who have not only gathered  intelligence for their masters, but have been selected by presidential administrations to actually design, write, implement and enforce federal and state policies which directly taps into our national treasury for their own and their masters personal gains.

The United States is the envy of most of the world in regards to the material advancements that it has developed for the vast majority of its citizens. Wherever I travel throughout the world I always find many who wish that they had my US Passport in order to leave their home for mine. Nonetheless, there are wonderful things about other cultures and places that we no longer have. E.g. tight and respectful family relations, appreciation for soft bed, clean air and endless supply of food to choose from every day.

What I also find in every country I visit is that there are those who see the US as a dominating tyrant who interferes in other country affairs in order to enslave them or transfer their resources to the US. It is certainly no secret that we make up less than 5% of the world’s population here in the US, but we consume at least 30% of fuels, about 50% of food and of course 60% of world’s energy. There are no other people who are fatter than Americans on average. We also have some of the worst health rates. All of this translates into tremendous waste of our finances.

Ironically, the so-called “Main-Stream” media keeps us focused mostly on the state of affairs of others outside the country or when they report on things within, they are the very small petty bad guys. You know, the guy that’s doing petty robberies or killing locals out of their suffering human condition. Very little effort and attention is actually paid to those who have very effectively enslaved us, our children and our children children. When it comes to those who actually kill and murder Americans, not out of individual suffering, but out of greed and motivation for money, the media simply repeats whatever they are told to report with no verification.

We know from history that our two recent Bush presidents was influenced by their grandfather Prescott Bush who was officially an American Nazi who supported Hitler’s Germany and wished for this racist rule to come to America. We know that our US Military was involved in the assassination of the Kennedy brothers who were the first presidents since Eisenhower to stand up to the Military and not tow its line. There are examples after examples, but what remains consistent is that the evils that continuously rise up in America always comes from groups who have infiltrated our government and taken over decision-making. If they cannot buy you out, they will kill you.

President Obama is not destined to be killed by plotters simply because he is not denying these infiltrators access to the US Treasury. In his heart I am sure that he would love to stand up to these groups, but he reasons that he can do more good staying alive than being assassinated.

Back in the 1930s, President FDR and decent Americans from the West and South stood up against the North Eastern Banking brokers and took away about 80% of their power to enslave Americans. Inherent to banking is the need to have others who are in debt to you. If there are no debtors, there is no way to make money. Bankers do not have the mind to produce things which can actually benefit or enhance society, they simply wish to make money and have no real moral or ethical interest in how that is achieved. If cocaine was legalized tomorrow, Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo and the rest of the 13 major banks would become the largest drug pushers in the US.

Glass-Segal was a major piece of law that prevented bankers and other financial folks from getting too big to fail. The reason FDR and others in the 1930’s enacted laws to keep banks and financial institutions small was due to the inherent fraud that arose, the enslavement of Americans and more importantly, how it always took down the US economy.

The solution to the financial industry was to follow the Military, Medical and other industries by training men to penetrate into governmental positions where decisions would be made that affected banking. Of course billion of dollars was targeted federal and state officials, but it was the infiltration of spies into the White houses successfully, and congress, since at least President Nixon’s administration. They have only gotten stronger since.

Our Federal Reserve, Treasury and other key regulatory institutions are run by Wall Street and Banking trained persons. They do not have any allegiance to the Constitution nor the American People. They are hired by bosses who simply wish to suck money out of US coffers and have Americans forever in debt to them. And a small majority of Americans have consistently hired US Presidents who hired these types of folks. I am not only referring to the Bush’s, they obviously duped us – the son even stealing the presidency from Gore – but this small majority did not either have the sense to see through Carter, Reagan and Clinton who each kept open doors to Wall Street and Bankers, or this majority did not hold these leaders feet to the fire.

If you can not relate to this, then ask yourself who in the hell does the US owe so much money too? How can banks and Wall Street firms who commit thievery in public day light receive over 2 trillion dollars and counting?

There is more however.

The real treachery is not simply enslaving us, but  taking our money and creating a very artificial way for making money. Namely, Real Estate.

The real estate bubbles that have been recurring since 1980s is a direct growing result of our dollars being focused on the real estate market and not other industries. Before Reagan and the Democratic and Republican congresses tore down Glass-Segal Act which prevented depressions for 50 years, most investment dollars went into American industries which actually produced products and things that could be sold to ourselves and the rest of the world. By taking 80% of our investment dollars and putting it into real estate simply because the top 1% of Americans can make billions more quickly and die with billions more in a trust, we have supported a model that dramatically inflates the prices of our homes while at the same time setting most home owners up to never be able to actually pay off their home and in many cases end up ultimately in foreclosure.

Imagine that: we can all have homes but with no strong companies to employ us or no real way to have our own business unless it’s in home development.

Am I really missing something here or is this plain stupid?

The American People are truly under attack. Our enemies are others who say their Americans, but are in fact traitors. They have duped us into voting them into political offices – the Bush’s, Clinton, Reagan, Carter – and they coerce those with ideals such as Obama, into their camp with a mixture of death threats and lots of money and promised rewards.

We need to pray for insight and a spirit to fight back. We are selling our children off as slaves. However, what is more critical is that we must stop voting for officials and expecting them to do the right thing. At least 80% of the people who surround Obama are pushing their own or another’s self interests and not those of American People. Americans need to infiltrate these Americans in order to overpower the traitors who are in there now.

Rise of Home Grown Terrorism – Again

Last week the Southern Poverty Law Center released its Intelligence Report regarding the rapid rise of racist hate groups in the United States, partly in the form of militias. They are directly reacting to the presidency of Barrack Obama. Each day they are eating and digesting raw hatred. The men who are leading the recruitment efforts of whites to adopt this hate are men who are incapable of leading others under healthy normal issues and ways, but they are increasingly becoming more and more successful.

The last time we saw a significant rise was during Bill Clinton’s presidency. But it was no where it is now.

As we know, hatred has been always alive in the United States and part of its foundation. South African Whites learned from the US on erecting its system of Apartied, and of course Hitler’s Nazi Germany was motivated and guided from the US’s Fathers of Racism. Racism throughout the world gets its main food from America. America leads in world racism, not because most or even the majority of White Americans are racists’, but precisely because the minority who are, speak from the Pulpit of a Superpower.

Just as the world look towards America to lead in economic, technological and other areas, the area of race has no less of a position and status. White Americans of the 1960’s and 70’s stood up and publically rejected the Right Wing racism which produced enormous healing to the country. We are now in an era where Whites will need to step up again and battle their own. The danger is very, very real.

A significant segment of the Republican Party are stoking the flames of hate specifically for political purposes. The statistical fact is that 80% of those connected to Militias identifies themselves as Republicans, or state that the GOP are closest to their political hearts. Although the most extreme racists’ are not active GOP members, and belong to the KKK, White Citizen and other groups, they actively work everyday to feed their hatred to those who are in the party in order to filter it all into mainstream.

Yes, the GOP  is the doorway Racists’ use to manipulate and control White America.

Timothy McVeigh was a home-grown terrorist who blew up a Federal Building in Oklahoma. There is a sufficient history and bio on him by Douglas Linder which shows many of the ingredients of today’s racists’. The majority of Americans, as most people of the world, find it difficult to understand racists’. It takes effort, a great deal of it, to hate. It reduces the capacity to function in other more socially healthy ways. Perhaps it’s precisely when we have more important things to do which are healthy that keeps us from sinking into things which are not. Americans are so busy with the day-to-day activities of making money, entertainment and maintaining relationships that they simply do not have time nor energy to get into other things.

Terrorism in general grows out of a chronic dissatisfaction with ones circumstance.  Most terrorists’ dissatisfaction derives from imagined problems and issues which are based on portions of reality. Seeing President Obama signals that African-Americans are being much more socially recognized as being Americans. This is reality. But they attach to this the view that “Blacks” and Jews are overtaking our government in order to enslave them. Seeing the Banking  crisis of 2009-09 and the Trillions of dollars in bailout funds signals that American financial institutions are corrupt and bankrupt, are clear realities. They then attach to this that “Jews and Blacks” are being enriched by it and are deliberately doing so in order to bring America down to a 3rd World status nation.

Right now, today, there are hundreds of Timothy McVeigh-like Whites being programmed to commit acts of violence in America. Right now, they are plotting on what to do and how to do it. Most of the acts starts off small. E.g. robbing or fighting with those they see as enemies. All in an effort to lay mental foundation for maximum control. It’s the same techniques employed my Arab-Muslim extremists’. The latter will train followers to misinterpret the Quran – Islams – holy book. The formers will use the Jewish and Christian books to reinterpret what is occurring in the world at large and in their lives specifically. The end result is same. Producing violence on those trying to live normal lives.

When I stay months in Pakistan, Dubai and elsewhere in the Muslim world, I find that most people do not believe in terrorism. In fact, every Mosque – Muslims churches – must be guarded by police due to muslims being attacked and killed by extremists. But I find sympathy coming from the average person. They can relate to why the extremist are fighting. They have a sense of why they hate the “West” and perceive America as an enemy.

When I talk with many White American men in private one-on-ones, I learn that they have varying degrees of sympathy with right-wing extremists’. Typically its only the older males and some females who hold sympathies, while the younger ones have less understanding. Most of them cannot articulate coherent basis for why they sympathize, but cite vague things about the conditions we’re in and threats we face.

Whether you’re part of majority Muslim majority or White American majority who do not openly support terrorism, as long as you remain silent or otherwise not actively rejecting your extremists’, you are supporting them. For hatred, whether at home or abroad, only thrives in a land where the majority remains quiet. It does no good for a minority to fight hatred, they can only be so effective. Success can only come if the entire family comes together to perform an intervention.

Prosecutions and prison is not truly the best remedy for such problems. Confronting those who feed hatred into people is the most effective way to combat hatred. Getting the poison at its root, not the branches it produces. The David Dukes, Congressman Steve Kings, and Senator Lindsey Grahams of the world are the types of racists’ leaders who uses race to galvanize their supporters. The problem is that it infects our society and hinders progress in other more meaningful areas.

I do not like identifying any one group with such sickness, but the fact is that the GOP is the main gateway that racists’ use to feed Americans their hatred. The truth of the matter is that we need another type of party that does not tolerate such minds. But alas, the GOP does not wish to cater to mainstream Americans precisely because its greater and main interests’ revolves around big business. So essentially, big business uses the racists’ to attract those who would like to associate themselves with the wealthiest. Not being racists, themselves and not having no way to attract the common person, its their only way to gain a foothold into our political system.

If America did not have the one person one vote, then big business would not need to make inroads into the hearts and minds of the people and therefore would not support racists’.

The solution should now be obvious to you.

Obama’s Trap – God Help Us

President Obama really has been taken hostage by aliens.

If we divide the two trillion dollars, which Bush and Obama has allowed to be stolen by Wall Street and other cheats, by all the households in this country – approximately million, according to the U.S. Commerce Dept. and Census Bureau – the U.S. Government could have written a check for more than $200,000 to us all. And if you subtract those who really do not need any help we would reach about $300,000 each.

This of course would have been much too simple for politicians of any stripe.

Throughout nature, human individual life, as well as collective community life; before something truly new can grow or come, the old must be burned down or destroyed. The U.S. Banking system, coupled with Wall Street, is history’s most corrupt and inefficient system ever devised and operated. Globally, bankers have facilitated the rape and pillage of other countries, forcing them to produce certain crops or industries which ensured their fall or ineffectiveness. Bankers have always placed money in limited areas, such as oil today, wheat tomorrow, to dictate to the financial markets how to behave. Up until recent times, our government use to borrow money from its citizens to get itself out of debt or to finance social or military things. Today, the U.S. Treasury has sold off the United States future to foreigners from China, Germany, Arabs and elsewhere who constantly threaten our Presidents and other officials to make certain policies on the pain of them pulling the plug on the debt we owe.

If anyone believes that there is a God, then they should recognize that it was utterly unnatural and immoral for the adults of today to approve our leaders to bail out a bunch of shading lying cheats dressing themselves up as bankers and investment types. Yes, yes I know; Capitalism is the god of America and more and more the world, but this does not mean that such corruptions should be attributed to those of us who do not associate ourselves with it.

I could have lived with Bush spending a trillion dollars in trying to clean up the mess that he and the greedy elites made. But Obama I found it hard to stomach. He came with a message of change, and not the same, yet he supported the same and not change. And once a politician commits one bad act, they never admit that they acted badly and will compound the bad act with a series of extra ones.

What if Bush and Obama took the now 2, and about to be 4 trillion dollars and simply supplied it to all the local Credit Unions and small local banks who behaved well and responsibly? What if so much was supplied them with a charter to bail out all the homeowners and small businesses in their communities under FHA type lending plans? What if….

If this had happened, our world would look a hell of a lot different now.

For one, we would have seen most, if not all the crooks in banking and Wall Street jumping out of their high rises and yachts. AIG, and all the other corrupt organs of our society would have been removed. A new generation of executives would have been born who would have had the lessons of destruction clearly implanted in their minds and would have marched on to produce cleaner, healthier types of banking and investment firms.

Secondly, us smaller people on a local level would be doing well. Our local, state and federal governments coffers would have secured lots of revenue from the money it returned to us via bank loans and it would have been free to pursue the health care reforms it so desired.

One critical piece of history was overlooked by Obama. He recognized that big change such as health care reform comes easiest during crisis. What he failed to do was to allow the sins of the banking and investment industry to fail on their own merits. He is propping up what will eventually have to fall anyway. It’s only a matter of time. If he had allowed them to fall, then he would have been able to reform health care in a real way. Now the will have to settle for some crumbs, if that.

The Democrats are as ignorant and power hungry as Republicans. We really do need a truly Independent party. One that can focus only on the people. Why were adults so stupidly blind to the insights of Ross Perot or, what’s his name? That consumer rights advocate that ran a couple of times for president and who the Democrats blamed for Al Gore lost. He slips my mind now.

Corporations are not persons, no matter what the law say that they can be considered one for purposes of making campaign donations. They cannot, and should not, vote in any general election, so why should they be treated as if they are persons? Many of my Wall Street buddies would say: “No, we’re not persons, we’re gods and should be treated accordingly.” Presidents seem to all get brainwashed by Corporations, military and others who get the lion’s share government dollars and us People repeatedly get stepped on and foot every bill. Why are government and private entities receiving all the money which allows less than 10% of Americans grow there wealth?

We’re essentially slaves paying for all these Interests’ groups. It’s a cancer that few wishes to conduct surgery on.

Bottom line: Obama needs to extricate himself out of this Bush-Obama trap and start fresh and go back to his roots. He has been sucked in and corrupted. Unless he gets his act together, we will need a real revolution in the United States soon. Our politicians are stupidly out of control.

God help us, for we cannot help ourselves.

Senator Reid Is Not A Racist – Media Is Childish

The attacks by Republicans have grown to fever pitch against Senate Majority Leader Reid, ironically the news media have done zero in bringing about an honest assessment of Reid’s statement about how President Obama was elected as President because European Americans were ready to elect a lighter skinned African-American.

The bottom line is: It’s True!

We already scientifically know beyond a doubt that so-called “Whites” become more anxious, and even fearful, the darker a person is to whom they interact with (See 20th Century American Struggle, 21st Century Hope, Aakilarose Publishing). Additionally, the U.S. Department of Justice, NAACP and many universities for over 50 years have conducted research which shows that browner the skin the less likely will that person be hired or otherwise be accepted by lighter skinned persons, including within the African-American community itself. With the Republicans screaming holy hell, they violate three significant principles:

First, they are being profound hypocrites. It’s the GOP who retains the majority of open and clandestine racists who vary in their degrees of dislike, discomfort or hatred towards brown-skinned persons and minorities. This has been meticulously detailed in the book 20th Century American Struggle….

Secondly, this campaign to unseat Reid is a massive move to delude Americans into believing that Reid’s statement is somehow racist when they know that the majority of European Americans did in fact vote for John McCain due to their discomfort of Obama having brown, not pink skin. This even though McCain and his party had just fleeced, and some would say, even raped Americans with vastly corrupt policies which rewarded roughly only 10% of the most wealthy Americans, as written about elsewhere. The only “White” Americans who came out in large numbers for Obama were those who are younger and women. And,

Thirdly, the most obvious of course is the fact that Republicans are struggling for ways to go on the offensive since they do not have any real ideas or solutions for the devastation that has been caused on our country over their tenure at the helm of the Federal Government Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. This violates fundamental principles of integrity, for it is utterly dishonest of them to play a race card where there is none. They believe having Michael Steel, who is among the approximately 1% of  African-Americans who are hanging out calling themselves Republicans, speak out on this issue somehow will make it true.

Look: Harry Reid invited Senator Barrack to his office, not only to encourage him to run for president years before, but expressed his direct support for Obama. Senator Reid directly knows that most European Americans refused to vote for Obama out of fear that he was “black” and he has reviewed many reports which shows that African-Americans have been, and continue to be, subject to discriminatory treatment solely because they have brown skin.

Reid referring to Obama as “Negro” is precisely the era Reid was conditioned in. Up until the 1970s, African-Americans referred to themselves as Negro. And guess what? Today there is a movement among older African-Americans to have the U.S. Census Bureau include Negro on its list of how citizens would like to be recorded in census bureau records!

That’s right. So are the older Negro citizens racists’ because they wish to have others record them as Negros?

Let’s get real.

The Republicans also have called for a Hit to be issued on Reid. It’s true, a character assassination Hit.

The Republicans ruse, is just that, a joke. So folks, call, e-mail or otherwise communicate to all you know that what they are hearing in the Media is a bunch of childish non-sense that they should simply turn the channel on.

President Obama Is Not Our Leader–Terrorists Prove It

Barrack Obama’s presidency is clearly showing that when it comes to the functions, operations and policies of governments in general, and America in particular, that Presidents do not truly run or really guide their country. His presidency also shows that Albert Einstein’s famous Insight that insanity is: “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

Terrorists’ are largely being motivated by U.S. Foreign policies to target people, places and things American. The officials in Washington know this, the world at large knows this, yet the same policies which have been producing hatred and justification for attacking us for decades, continues with the Obama administration.

Mostly everyone who voted for and supported Obama for president, had varying degrees of hope that it would bring a major shift from hitherto policies and direction of our country. His health care achievement is hands-down historical and much-needed. His bailout to bankers, a significantly poor move, as I noted elsewhere. Our visual perception told us that since he looks totally different from any of our preceding “White” presidents, that he would behave differently and thereby alter how we conducted governmental business. After all, everyone knows that brown-skinned people have been oppressed and abused throughout history and Obama would bring a real change from our past since he derives from this oppressed group.

Historically, America has been a kind of Closet Imperialist. The United Kingdom, driven by the British, came to your door, you knew that White Supremacy was coming because they plainly told you so. The U.S. have gone into places under the auspices of fighting the “evil” of Communism, Drugs and Terrorism. When the great evil empire of USSR fell, leaders panicked because there was nothing which threatened us, therefore, no way to galvanize Americans — i.e. dupe  us — into seeing some great threat which had to be attacked and invested in. Drugs rose quickly on the list and billions went into growing our military missions throughout the world, particularly South America, our Prison Industrial Complex and more.

It is an absolute miracle that we have not suffered additional terrorist attacks on American soil. We have managed to contain it outside since 9/11, but this should not minimize the fact that there are thousands who would commit their lives to killing us and millions who disliking what we represent. In fact many are back to hating us with a similar intensity that George Bush produced in them. When I go into the Arab world, whether in its cities or most rural regions, I’m able to directly feel the pulse of them.

In December 2008, when I visited Pakistan and other countries, the natives had a sincere hope that America’s election of a brown-skinned man to its helm, would reflect a fundamental change in its aggressive dominating nature. i.e. White Supremacy was dead.

After all, their eyes told them that the policies of the United States was perpetrated by “White” men and that others within the U.S. were just as much of a victim of these policies as those on the outside. So surely, they reasoned, an African-American president would institute policies that would cease all aggression in their part of the world and either help them to overcome their own government’s ill-treatment, or at least cease supporting them so the people could take their countries over.

Staying in Afghanistan was a clear error, increasing troops there is a horrible crime against the American people and their safety in the world. It is all about show, not substance.

The United States would actually be more effective to either open up real dialog with locals, coupled with infusion of social and business building; or to send in small hit teams who can quietly go in and take out those who are a threat. More specifically, Hit Squads who operate as a surgeon with a scalpel versus demolition man with his bombs. But this would not be for public consumption, and hence public control. Promulgating an effective policy to kill terrorists’ leaders would prevent justification for transferring billions from Tax coffers to military industrial corporations that dictates to all presidents to go to war.

Frankly, the problem is that it is not Barrack Obama running the country in this regard. No president actually ever does. We like to pretend that they do, but the reality is that there are men who are completely behind the scenes who dictate what does and does not happen policy-wise. Just think, what would you do if you were in office? Mostly everyone who gets elected starts off with a similar wish list; however, once in they can no longer win their own agenda, but must push the agendas of others who are the top 1%.

The Detroit Almost-Bomber of Northwest Flight 253 failure, was only a single defect away from making our X-mas a veritable hell. But the lands he has travelled sees hell everyday through rampant poverty pretty much caused or sustained by governments supported, in varying degrees, by U.S. policies that our very own officials make. We call them terrorists’, but this is what they call us. We say they are twisted and insane, yet, it’s exactly how they perceive us. Americans who never travel out of the U.S. do not have a real idea just how negative our policies are overseas. From what I see, our policies are designed to produce hatred towards us and the only real people who will be killed are us little folk. Not the officials who are catering to the 1%.

Janet Napolitano ignorantly stated Sunday that our screening process worked well, after the firebomb successfully went off. How bureaucratic. Why didn’t she just say we failed and some heads needed to roll? Clear state of denial there. Would they truly truly care if that bomb went off and killed those hundreds of passengers? I believe they would, but there are some who see dollar signs in the rise of military and other expenditures, when such a catastrophe occurs.

Change can only come if the majority perceive what’s actually going on and demand, in a constant sustained way, that officials reverse policies. We are doing the same things over and over against expecting a difficult result. Our foreign policies are clearly suffering from retardation and we’re going along with it….

Health Care In America

A clear sign that someone is insane is when they do the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

My family’s health care deductable was doubled from $450 to $900 starting January 1.Fortunately we are economically viable and it will not hurt us. The increase is what we would spend on a weekend night out at a restaurant. But I cannot help but wonder what about all those folks who will have to make real sacrifices when hit with such an increase.

We are dealing with deeply corrupt government and even deeper ignorant populous. We have decades of evidence which shows that insurance companies, HMOs, pharmaceuticals and others have perfected the science of bribing our Senators, Congressmen and others in order have laws passed, or not passed, which will directly ensure that they charge us multiple times more than what is needed to earn a decent return on their investment. In fact the salaries that these corporate execs garner is indicative of just how much they rake in from us.

What is so incredible is how so many Americans have allowed themselves to see attacking this problem as an unpositive thing. In essence they are saying, don’t fix it, don’t touch it, just let it continue on its path to greater and greater cost for us. Not surprisingly, the greatest naysayers are those who will never have to worry about the cost of health care.  NBC polls report that 55% of Americans support spending billions for sending troops to Afganistan, and only 47% support the passing of health care. We rather invest in killing people than improving the lives of Americans.

Isn’t this picture retarded?

We complain about the direction that Obama is taking the country, yet how many of us actually stood up to their representatives to make their voices heard. He told us that he could not improve America by himself, but that each one of us would have to step up to work collectively.

As long as we keep allowing the same interests’ to run our health care, as well as other major areas of lives, things cannot get better. Things only become better when we are intentional about them becoming so.

Dick Cheny Wants Money Stupid

Why is everyone in the media and WhiteHouse pretending as if they do not understand what Dick Cheny’s motivation is?

Cheney was chairman and CEO of Halliburton Company from 1995 to 2000. While Vice President he caused billions of dollars in contracts to be awarded to Halliburton. Now he is out and obviously back on board there, so is it any wonder why he is vociferously crying out for more billions to be pumped into Afganistan?

Once Obama decides to send more troops, this automatically means that Halliburton will get more contracts to supply things in the war. They still have Iraq and part of Afganistan already. The ONLY reason he wants escalation there is to increase Halliburton’s bottom line. It is corporate welfare without the face of give away.

It is utterly amazing that no one has recognized Cheny’s motivations.
