My wife and I in March 2006, purchased our first home. We were set to put 5% down payment on $719,000 place in Silicon Valley which is about 2 miles from yahoo headquarters, 5 from ebay and google etc.

One of our 3 banks was Wells Fargo. We asked them to fund the property; however, they sent us to Countrywide saying that they would serve our needs better. Our credit rating was above 700. We had two out of town lenders willing to set us up in 4,200 and 4,800 monthly installments which would be applied in part to build up equity.

Countrywide loan manager Mike Colyer convinced us that he and Countrywide would provide a loan that would beat out their competitors. The installments were guarantied to be between $1,800 and 2,200. We fired those we were working with, removed our loan contingency and were in heaven.

As a back drop, this was our first home, and just 4 months earlier we were married. What happened next was akin to feeling like you’re being rushed down the drain of a sink.

Two days before close of escrow, Colyer presented us with a 5,200 monthly and we promised to walk away which caused him to relent and claim that a subordinate made a mistake. He swore on his own life that he would take care of it and give us the originally promised deal.

Instead of inviting us into Countrywide’s or the Escrow offices, Colyer and others tells American Title to send someone to our apartment in Mt View and get us to sign documents which later turned out to be blank and filled in later by Colyer and others. On top of this they left us with docs which were blank.

We really did not know what to get and did not consult any lawyer or other. Our own agent was less than helpful. Nonetheless we were promised that filled in docs would be sent us, but it would not come until 3 years later after we stopped making mortgage payments and threatened litigation.

Well, Once we received the filled in docs, we consulted a lawyer who explained in simple words that we had been defrauded out of more than $200,000.

I stopped spending 70 hours a week on my own corporation that was manufacturing and marketing products, my book marketing efforts as well as my W2 job and plunged deeply into jurisprudence. i.e. the study of the law.

I filed a federal lawsuit which judge Ware of San Jose District Court dismissed. I have since learned that he is simply biased against pro se litigants – i.e. those who are not Bar members suing on their own behalf. I filed appeal and the 9th Circuit appointed a law firm out of San Francisco to give Oral Argument some time next year … to be con’d.

After Ware dismissed the federal case, my wife and I brought a State of California lawsuit against the same parties, including Angelo Mozilo, the chief fraudster who walked off with over One Billion from Countrywide as its CEO. Since then we watched all the states attorneys generals and federal prosecutors cut deals so no prison time would be issued and so they would all keep the bulk of their money in tact.

Our California lawsuit, Merritt v. Mozilo et al, 109cv159993 (Santa Clara Co) was filed and our first judge, kevin Murphy, dismissed Wells Fargo from the case and so we appealed. In the meantime we received a new judge who, although he dismissed MERSCorp and First American Title Company, Judge Mark Pierce has held that Countrywide along with its CEO Mozilo, President David Sambol, Mike Colyer and others shall face Fraud and several aspects of Unfair Business Practices. Trial setting conference is set for February 23, 2012.

Amazingly, no, miraculously, California Court of Appeals called for us to come to its chambers to present oral argument. Unlike the wealthier Federal counterpart, they did not appoint counsel to argue, but I had to give oral argument myself.

It was my first time ever standing before Appellate Justices. And it was surreal.

The Courtroom itself felt futuristic, kind of like Judge Dread’s courtroom that Stallion played in. There were three respectful and serious faces. One female, and two males. It was actually awe inspiring.

We were the second of three cases heard this afternoon and as I listened to the first I had a bladder issue that took me out and learned the rule that once the Court is in session, any movement out cannot come back in until the current case is completed. So I was stuck in the waiting area watching the end of arguments on the monitor. My wife of course panicked thinking perhaps that I had a fear attack and ran off to never come back, so she came out and got stuck with me.

In short, I gave what I believe was a mediocre oral argument against Wells Fargo attorney who is purportedly paid some 500 to 1000 per hour and we left. That was exactly two weeks ago.

Well, last night, 3 days before X-mas we received the Court of Appeals decision.

The Justices rejected my 3 procedural grounds for reversal, one of which was the first time the issue has ever come before it, and my one issue that focused on “the merits” of the case. i.e. whether or not the factual allegations of the complaint were good enough to go to trial.

I cannot recount it all, and you are welcome to read the Court’s decision. I would suggest that you read from page 31 to 35, which is the most important part. It holds that our complaint shows that Countrywide committed fraud and that it had co-conspirators, one of which is clearly Wells Fargo. That judge Kevin Murphy made a error in dismissing Wells Fargo from the case and the trial court must add them back into it to face conspiracy to commit fraud charges.

Now I know what it means to declare “HALLELUJAH!”

Yes, I am taking on the 99% directly and could not possibly do so without God and my wife. That is a bona fide truth.

Americans are inherently endowed with rights as citizens simply and precisely for being Americans. An inherent characteristic of those in power is to restrict, abolish or otherwise take away citizens rights if it means anything more than submitting to the dictates of what the controlling Elite wishes.

Our Federal and States Constitutions gives all of us a basic right to obtain justice either through our representatives or directly ourselves by way of litigation in the state and federal court systems. What is now very very clear is that the more power that these financial institutions and banks obtain, the more they bribe, cajole and influence legislators, courts and bureaucratic governments to reduce the inherent rights that our Constitutions affords us.

All mass populace around the world are extremely ignorant. Americans are no different. The Wall Street Movement is the most recent indicator of this.

In 1980, the majority of American men with some females elected in Ronald Reagan who brought into office a mass of Wall Street power brokers in order to permit them access to guiding him and executive branch on how to eliminate and or rewrite rules, and later laws, that would tear down the laws and subsequent rules that president Franklin D. Roosevelt and his Congressional leaders of the time enacted to grow and protect the American middle class. In fact, the “American Dream” and its rich concepts derived directly from that era.

Before the advent of television. Most people read and talked about things which were intelligent and educational about the country. Once television came and other media, the greatest selling tool was born. American Capitalism was not perfect back then, but it was one of the best things around. However, once the drive to sell, sell, sell infiltrated its ranks and the power of TV was harnessed to manipulate and program our minds, then the Barons of Human Control became King.

Wall Street had always been a place of gamblers. Before the Great Depression Wall Street was lifted to the status of being the chief God of America. It was chartered to be an entity where businesses could raise capital, but in the early 1900s it became a place of Thieves and Robbers who ran the United States into a ditch which caused millions to become homeless, jobless etc.

Sound familiar?

Those who do not know history, and act as if they know it, are destine to repeat it and end up in a more severe ditch then before.

Wall Street wrote the Netflix new contract provisions. Or more accurately, they helped design it. Most of you who have little or no idea about the law and how it works will not know the significance of what such contracts will do.

Why do you suppose a simple company providing access to our favorite movies or shows would have you agree to a contract which causes you to give up your inherent right as an American to sue them before judge and jury?

If I am not doing anything to harm you would I seek such a precious right? Do you even know how precious it is?

Wall Street since the first Bush was president began to have its lawyers create contracts for, first business owners, then home owners, which said that they had to give up their rights to sue. Up until now many courts have not upheld such, but those judges who are bribed with the promise of high paying jobs after they get off the bench have allowed citizens rights to be taken away.

The reason the current Wall Street Movement demonstrates just how ignorant most Americans are is due to the clear fact that most Americans are not out there protesting with those brave people. That’s right, your failure to support them in some way – it does not necessarily have to be going out there – like sending them food, writing every senator, congressmen, mayor, governor and Obama himself, demanding that they take the side of the People, clearly shows what your true level of intelligence is.

Standard & Poors (S&P) recent downgrading of US credit worthiness is the most recent case in point. What no one in the news or elsewhere has pointed out is that the men who own, operate and control S&P are multi-billionaires who have absolutely no interest in the common person’s well being, but only the wealth of them and fellow billionaires and millionaires.

This is very important for any evaluation of what is currently going on.

S&P’s owners know very well that its issuance of ratings for companies and countries has a direct effect on the investors and just as importantly on the actions and attitudes of the executives who run them. Example: During the 1980s after Reagan deregulated banking laws which President F.D. Roosevelt and others instituted to protect Americans from predatory lenders and fraudulent business practices of banks, various States decided to create their own laws to protect their citizens. Georgia, South Carolina were the leaders who restricted how much interest lenders could charge, among other prohibitions.

First Republican and Democratic congressmen accepted bribes from Wall Street and the banking industry, which mainstream media refused to report on, to enact federal laws which superseded any state laws which was designed to protect citizens from fraudulent practices. Then Presidents Reagan, Bush and Clinton administration accepted bribes from Wall Street and banking industry to not only work along with legislators to eliminate protective laws, but to hire Wall Street and Banking officers onto administrative staff who wrote new legislation that authorized Wall Street bankers to solicit funds from Americans and others for “investment” into real estate market.

You see, presidential candidate Ross Perot warned us that NAFTA and other trade agreements would take manufacturing jobs from Americans and give them to foreigners. That is not bad in itself if those jobs were providing products for those foreign markets and accepting American products and services equally; however, the agreements were designed to primarily be a one-way street where we would receive the products, but our products would be rejected. This meant that investment dollars which was traditionally were invested in US manufacturing had to find a home. Wall Street decided that Real Estate Market would be that home.

The test run in the 1980′s lead to the S&L crisis where the historic bail out resulted in the government putting tax payers on the hook for over half a trillion dollars to Wall Street and corrupt bankers. During the 2000s, JP Morgan, Bear Sterns, Goldman Sacks, after bribing presidents and congressmen to place their men into governmental positions of power, conspired and acted to have Brokers solicited trillions in investment dollars from Americans and their investment plan operators to invest in mortgage back securities which were intentionally designed to lead to the stripping of borrowers savings, income and property equity before producing certain default.

Each of these Wall Street firms, as well as others, bribed S&P operators to give AAA rating to these investments, or other rankings that were higher than their true worth. This was needed to falsely present to investors that putting their money into such investments were as safe as putting it into American Treasuries. This of course was false and very much a fiction.

What many are currently overlooking is the fact that it was S&P and Moody rating agencies which very much covered up and assisted the conspiracy which lead to our Rescission/Depression which started in force back in 2007, lead to term-oil in 2008 and which we still have not recovered from. Obama of course is now a hostage of all this.

Now back to the States who sought to protect their citizens from fraudulent lending practices. S&P owners and operators had their staff directly contact the legislators of Georgia and other states threatening them that if they did not change protection laws, that S&P would downgrade their credit rating which would result in those States getting loans at a higher payment or interest rates.

Mr Chambers of S&P is its public front-man who knowingly uses its ratings for political purposes when its owners sees fits. We should now be asking why did S&P downgrade US credit when it is actually the most vibrant and best on the planet? Also, what is S&P trying to manipulate our government officials to do? Keep in mind that S&P ONLY represents the top 10% income earners in the country who do not keep the bulk of their funds in the US but off shore.

President Eisenhower’s forewarning was not heeded. Today, we have the clearest evidence yet, that the United States Military Industrial Complex, something totally different and separate from the U.S. Military itself, has the ability to take the reins of our government and guide our land in whichever direction they see fit.

President Barrack Obama, was a man on a real mission. And everyone who attached themselves to him believed in that mission. The plan was extraordinary. Become President of the United States of America. The goal was ostensibly simple: change the nature and direction of America so it would be a country that supported the average little guy. The wealthy would no longer be catered to.

In retrospect, it is clear that President Obama was naive. He actually believed that if the common American was inspired to move him into office that he would be able to change America. Rightly or wrongly, reality has slapped him in the face.

What is the Military Industrial Complex?

Simply put, it is an American industry that designs and builds then sales weapons that can be used to defend a countrywide or attack and kill other people. Having a military industrial complex in and of itself is not an evil, it is the nature of it that determines its benefits or detrimental effects.

President Eisenhower did something extraordinary. He snitched on the Elite power brokers of the day.

A military necessarily will be under the control of either the elites of the left or the right. Normally, it is never under the control of the common people. This is why most military organizations will enter into citizens streets and gun them down on the command of those in political office. Of course we Americans believe that our military is different from all others, but they would follow such orders just as any African, Asian or European military when called to do so. So when Eisenhower, ostensibly a member of the 20th Century American Elite used his Public address that clearly warned of our military complex, he exercised a conscientiousness that few Presidents exercise.

What Eisenhower knew was from first hand experience. The daily pressures he received from non-military men did all they could to influence his policies so as to commit the United States to war. You see, just as any company with products likes to conduct research and development in the real world market, those who manufactures weapons, believe that they must have real world laboratories to experiment and develop weapons.

Fast forward to 21st Century.

Barrack Obama did not understand the depth and power of the Military Complex. He of course did not really understand the power of the Banking/Financial Complex as well. But for our purposes here, he actually believed, as most Americans, that the President of the United States was in fact the nation’s Commander and Chief. He cannot be blamed for believing this, he was not part of the Elite until now. President Barrack Obama is not really the United States Commander and Chief.  But there is no doubt in his mind now that he is not the U.S. Chief and Commander, but those who own, run and operate our Military Industrial Complex is the actual Chief.
Of course Libya is only the latest in their efforts. Bottom line. U.S. Presidents do not command our military, but behind-the-scene, unelected military industrial men do. They are constantly planning our next war. They not only get to test and develop new weaponry, but they get to play chest on a scale as demigods. Hence, they are driven by the power of deciding life and death.

Mainstream media focuses on superficial questions like whether we have enough personnel to distribute in so many conflicts. That should not be the question. One needs to honestly ask: Why does the U.S. always have to be involved in wars? Particularly since these wars create more hostility towards Americans. Who is really benefiting.

Americans are really no different than other people. We have more “educated” citizens then most countries, yet we accept the dictates of our leaders just as naively, or stupidly, as third world citizens. In other words, our leaders are able to dupe us just as others throughout the world are, and we will do little or nothing more than complain among a few friends.

Although we may sit and do nothing, I believe that it is more healthy to know reality and do nothing right then and there, than it is to not know something while it does something to us. Eisenhower called the Military Complex a real danger, and one has no chance if they do not know, or they ignore dangers.

The Obama administration has put out a very weak justification for supporting Republicans push to mandate lower taxes for the rich. Essentially the logic went: If I support the Republicans now in reducing taxes for next two years for the top 10% of Americans, who did not vote for me nor ever will; then they will support me to get 6 or so months of a continuance of Unemployment insurance for the common American who is unemployed. The amount here would only be 15% of what Obama affords to the wealthy in terms of dollars.

What this line of reasoning leaves out is this: if the Republicans are successful in opposing the extension of unemployment payments for the common John out there, then they risk increasing their negatives among those people, and increases the popularity of Obama. Obama is no body’s fool; he clearly knows this, but for some reason prefers to reduce his chances of re-election just to satisfy the wealthy.

Moreover, the money that would go to pay the common unemployed person, comes from those who have been working common jobs, for the most part. i.e. those of us earning less than 250k annually. Only, and I do mean ONLY, the top 10% money earners contribute less than 20% to the actual revenues of the federal and state governments.

When it comes to domestic programs like social security, unemployment, road building etc. the wealthy contribute about 10% to such programs, but when it comes to financing wars, foreign and domestic economic programs for business growth, over 90% of funds come from those who earn $250,000 and less. The Common Person.

Either Obama has the worse of the worst possible political handlers, or he has simply cashed his Common Man card in in hopes of being issued an Eliteman card. Or, I don’t know, the only other logical explanation is that they are Black Mailing him or threatening his life. For no matter how you look at it, it is Obama’s catering to and doing obscene things, like the trillion dollar bail out, which decreases his popularity, commonsense says that if he stands up to the wealthy his chances for re-election would increase.

You got me on this one, I don’t have any idea what’s going on with our President.

These internal Enemies Of The State, are not Arabs, Mexicans or the thugs who steal, rob and kill throughout our land, but are those who have penetrated each White House administration since Nixon with Double Agents who have not only gathered  intelligence for their masters, but have been selected by presidential administrations to actually design, write, implement and enforce federal and state policies which directly taps into our national treasury for their own and their masters personal gains.

The United States is the envy of most of the world in regards to the material advancements that it has developed for the vast majority of its citizens. Wherever I travel throughout the world I always find many who wish that they had my US Passport in order to leave their home for mine. Nonetheless, there are wonderful things about other cultures and places that we no longer have. E.g. tight and respectful family relations, appreciation for soft bed, clean air and endless supply of food to choose from every day.

What I also find in every country I visit is that there are those who see the US as a dominating tyrant who interferes in other country affairs in order to enslave them or transfer their resources to the US. It is certainly no secret that we make up less than 5% of the world’s population here in the US, but we consume at least 30% of fuels, about 50% of food and of course 60% of world’s energy. There are no other people who are fatter than Americans on average. We also have some of the worst health rates. All of this translates into tremendous waste of our finances.

Ironically, the so-called “Main-Stream” media keeps us focused mostly on the state of affairs of others outside the country or when they report on things within, they are the very small petty bad guys. You know, the guy that’s doing petty robberies or killing locals out of their suffering human condition. Very little effort and attention is actually paid to those who have very effectively enslaved us, our children and our children children. When it comes to those who actually kill and murder Americans, not out of individual suffering, but out of greed and motivation for money, the media simply repeats whatever they are told to report with no verification.

We know from history that our two recent Bush presidents was influenced by their grandfather Prescott Bush who was officially an American Nazi who supported Hitler’s Germany and wished for this racist rule to come to America. We know that our US Military was involved in the assassination of the Kennedy brothers who were the first presidents since Eisenhower to stand up to the Military and not tow its line. There are examples after examples, but what remains consistent is that the evils that continuously rise up in America always comes from groups who have infiltrated our government and taken over decision-making. If they cannot buy you out, they will kill you.

President Obama is not destined to be killed by plotters simply because he is not denying these infiltrators access to the US Treasury. In his heart I am sure that he would love to stand up to these groups, but he reasons that he can do more good staying alive than being assassinated.

Back in the 1930s, President FDR and decent Americans from the West and South stood up against the North Eastern Banking brokers and took away about 80% of their power to enslave Americans. Inherent to banking is the need to have others who are in debt to you. If there are no debtors, there is no way to make money. Bankers do not have the mind to produce things which can actually benefit or enhance society, they simply wish to make money and have no real moral or ethical interest in how that is achieved. If cocaine was legalized tomorrow, Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo and the rest of the 13 major banks would become the largest drug pushers in the US.

Glass-Segal was a major piece of law that prevented bankers and other financial folks from getting too big to fail. The reason FDR and others in the 1930′s enacted laws to keep banks and financial institutions small was due to the inherent fraud that arose, the enslavement of Americans and more importantly, how it always took down the US economy.

The solution to the financial industry was to follow the Military, Medical and other industries by training men to penetrate into governmental positions where decisions would be made that affected banking. Of course billion of dollars was targeted federal and state officials, but it was the infiltration of spies into the White houses successfully, and congress, since at least President Nixon’s administration. They have only gotten stronger since.

Our Federal Reserve, Treasury and other key regulatory institutions are run by Wall Street and Banking trained persons. They do not have any allegiance to the Constitution nor the American People. They are hired by bosses who simply wish to suck money out of US coffers and have Americans forever in debt to them. And a small majority of Americans have consistently hired US Presidents who hired these types of folks. I am not only referring to the Bush’s, they obviously duped us – the son even stealing the presidency from Gore – but this small majority did not either have the sense to see through Carter, Reagan and Clinton who each kept open doors to Wall Street and Bankers, or this majority did not hold these leaders feet to the fire.

If you can not relate to this, then ask yourself who in the hell does the US owe so much money too? How can banks and Wall Street firms who commit thievery in public day light receive over 2 trillion dollars and counting?

There is more however.

The real treachery is not simply enslaving us, but  taking our money and creating a very artificial way for making money. Namely, Real Estate.

The real estate bubbles that have been recurring since 1980s is a direct growing result of our dollars being focused on the real estate market and not other industries. Before Reagan and the Democratic and Republican congresses tore down Glass-Segal Act which prevented depressions for 50 years, most investment dollars went into American industries which actually produced products and things that could be sold to ourselves and the rest of the world. By taking 80% of our investment dollars and putting it into real estate simply because the top 1% of Americans can make billions more quickly and die with billions more in a trust, we have supported a model that dramatically inflates the prices of our homes while at the same time setting most home owners up to never be able to actually pay off their home and in many cases end up ultimately in foreclosure.

Imagine that: we can all have homes but with no strong companies to employ us or no real way to have our own business unless it’s in home development.

Am I really missing something here or is this plain stupid?

The American People are truly under attack. Our enemies are others who say their Americans, but are in fact traitors. They have duped us into voting them into political offices – the Bush’s, Clinton, Reagan, Carter – and they coerce those with ideals such as Obama, into their camp with a mixture of death threats and lots of money and promised rewards.

We need to pray for insight and a spirit to fight back. We are selling our children off as slaves. However, what is more critical is that we must stop voting for officials and expecting them to do the right thing. At least 80% of the people who surround Obama are pushing their own or another’s self interests and not those of American People. Americans need to infiltrate these Americans in order to overpower the traitors who are in there now.

Having the mind that I have, I cannot be satisfied with making a determination based from the surface. So what did I do?

I went and found me some Tea Party folks. Grant it, I limited my efforts to California since it is directly in my neck of the woods, but what I found surprised me.

I will not say names, but I spent some quality time with them, one every week day for 3 hours for the last 2 months working on a common legal issue regarding Predatory Lending, and not only have I come to respect the ones who are confirmed Tea Party members, but am very good friends with one of them.

Every group seems to either produce or attract bad apples. The NAACP is right to attack racism wherever it is at. In fact, every American should in fact have a mind to do so, but in truth the NAACP should qualify their statements and use a scalpel instead of a sledge hammer.

I personally know African American Racist, Native Americans, Mexicans, Chinese, Japanese, Russians, Arabs, Africans and others who have racist qualities. I simply have not been anywhere, with the exception of Tahiti, where it did not exist.

This is not the issue however. The point is that the Tea Party has some very nasty elements within its ranks who are corrupting their message. Ironically, I love many of the points that the Tea Party advocates. My writings from 20th Century American Struggle, 21st Century Hope explicitly warns the reader about the elite minority who have captured Washington and our overall government for the very rich. My blog writings clearly defines the Wall Streeters and Bankers as committing Treason against us all as Thomas Jefferson predicted. But putting up a Bill Board that equates our President as a Hitler, or posters that dresses him up as a witch-doctor etc is steering people to hate and is the instigation of possible to kill.

Just as John McCain followers were instigating hate and motivating people to threaten the President, the Tea Party has weakly given into that segment as well. Taking down the IOWA Bill Board, and speaking about how there are African Americans in Tea Party is not good enough. People have a right to express their views, but not views towards hate or death.

The power of our country’s government is suppose to rest with The People. We the People are supposed to have the inherent authority to choose our destiny, govern ourselves and to throw off tyrants whenever they rear their heads.

One thing is for certain: Most Americans feel powerless to control the destiny of our land.

Just as there is something naturally inherent in fruit trees producing fruit; or for anything of mass dropping to earth once let go, humans who acquire wealth normally, not always, become more self-centered with greed which leads to them acting to protect their wealth, knowingly at the exclusion of others.

In practice, we know this to be true, but seldom do we articulate it.

With very few exceptions, those with money are usually successful in bribing Federal and State elected or non elected officials with money or favors in order to influence them to become their puppets.

Technically, We The People are supposed to be the puppeteer who are able to control the strings which control those we put in office and directly pay. Why do we even treat these officials with so much difference when they work for us?

When we hire a gardener or mechanic, do we get all sorts of goose bumps and lose our natural minds whenever they talk?

Almost every official starts off fresh and clean when they first take office. Their faces reflect this. They are like virgins, so to speak, then you can see at first, subtle changes after every meeting they privately hold with “business leaders,” “bankers,” “military” and the like.

In Pakistan or The Congo, it is publicly known and accepted that businesses must pay bribes in order to get certain approvals and actions taken. In the US Public Policy is publicly against such, but Private Policy allows and condones for businesses to force bribes on officials who would not otherwise be corrupt.

Ideally, we should have a kind of island with impenetrable walls and airspace to place our leaders. Better yet, a submarine would be better, where they are sent off for the term of their office with no incoming information from “lobbyist.”

The truth of the matter is that Americans are not as free as we pretend to be. We can only do things that are authorized by those running our country. We are fed information through main stream media, particularly news outlets, which are nothing more than advertising channels for government and business interests’. At least 80% of information is either outright false or misleading when it comes to policies or what lies behind factual incidents.

Case in point. Osama Bin Laden. There is overwhelming evidence that this guy had nothing to do with 9/11, yet our governments pretend he is the master mind while covering up, destroying or otherwise getting rid of evidence from the Twin Towers crime scene. We have the technology and more so, the ability to capture or kill any person on planet earth no matter where they are. Be they the head of Korean, Iran or a head away in Afghanistan.

That’s a fact.

Do not forget that most of our leaders got rid of the very laws that protected us for 50 years from depression, laws that the Wall Street and banking community spent billions to get rid of. Do you not recall Bush’s argument to “privatize Social Security”?

We are living under a capitalism dictatorship where only a small percentage gets to succeed. I clearly identify this small class in 20th Century American Struggle, 21st Century Hope.

Most people are not action oriented. It falls on the minority who are to do that we can to expose what is happening and do our best to counter such. Just because our Dictator happens to be a collective of persons does not alter what it is. The only allow us to live because they see us as ants who make the overall machine run. They have no qualms in having their colleagues put poisons in our food, air, water supplies to see how many will die from cancers. This should be evidence of something don’t you think?

Let’s start pushing for our right to sue elected officials. Get rid of the immunity which protects them to become corrupt. It would help us in this fight greatly. We need to better human relations so we can overcome corrupting powers.

Countrywide had perfected predatory lending. It held itself out as being America’s number one home lender which could be trusted to do more for the home buying consumer than what any other lender could.

In the 1950′s and 60′s Angelo Mozilo grow up in the Bronx New York witnessing how the Italian, Jewish and other Mafia performed racketeering crimes upon New Yorkers. Key among the crimes was loan sharking, where loans were afforded to people who were usually desperate for funds and had no other means of securing such.

In fact Mozilo’s father was targeted with efforts to export him as a butcher. It is not clear whether the Mafia controlled his butcher father, one thing is clear today, Mozilo learned how to butcher fellow Americans through loans which transferred over a trillion dollars in equity away from Americans and into his and others pockets.

The real news is that Bank of America is quietly turning Countrywide in not out of a sense of duty, but to divert attention away from the reality that BofA itself is, and has mostly been since 1988, a predatory lender.

The strategy is to ask Attorney Generals of various states where Countrywide ran its predatory operations, to prosecute Countrywide civilly. BofA bought Countrywide for pennies on the dollar, made a sweetheart deal with Bush and Obama to have the FDIC unofficially guaranty that it cannot have any lost for taking on the Countrywide mess, and in exchange, the Feds and States will settle for very small penalties, relative to the gains, which do not directly help any of the consumers, but resets them up to default later so BofA can take their homes.

I do not like conspiracy theories, so I did some deep digging through the Freedom of Information Act and employed several investigators which in all pieces together a circumstantial puzzle that reflects these and more things.

It is quite clear, for instance, that each Attorney General who sued Countrywide had already planned with BofA lawyers before the lawsuits were filed in respective state courts, what the settlement dollar amounts would be. Just a month ago, the FTC filed a fraud and other charges lawsuit against Mozilo, Sambol, Countrywide et al, before 30 days passed, the settlement was filed for 108 million.

This clearly indicates, from a legal perspective, that BofA clearly sees that it has liabilities out there. The genius of this strategy is that mitigates the impression that it is a Bad Guy or that it has anything to do with predatory lending. Ironically, BofA has consistently been one of the top 20 de facto predatory lenders by way of owning subsidiaries, just as Wells Fargo and others, which targeted unsophisticated loan purchasers, minorities and elderly folks.

What very few lawyers have recognized that BofA and other lenders, including Federal puppets Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, are feverishness working to cover up MERS, the Mortgage Electronic Registration System, which is a Racketeers wet dream come true.

Throughout early American history, property become the most important aspect of being American. In Europe all the land was hoarded by the folks who called themselves nobility. Everyone else were serfs, or slaves. Coming to American meant that you could get some land and be a Noble unto yourself. What developed here was the recording of who owned what property. Later on, when folks started putting up their land for loans or for supplies, the Public Policy formed whereby if you wanted to have a viable claim to a land, and you wanted to have it in the turn in which you had a right to, you had to record your property publicly.

This not only maintained a record to which subsequent lenders could refer to in order to determine whether their was any of the pie left for them to carve up and lay claim to, thereby preventing the land owner from committing fraud on lenders, but just as importantly, it was designed to prevent lenders from committing fraud by making claims on property to which it had not bona fide lien or hold on.

Fast forward to 20th Century Wall Street/Bankers. MERS was created to be a private, not public, recording bureau not only to record, but to maximize revenue.

Publicly MERS pretends it simply helps lenders save money by avoiding local public recording laws. What evidence now shows is that it allows lenders to create many loans out of one and resale them over and other so they can supply mortgage backed security pools and to evade billions in federal taxes. The IRS actually started and investigation on this, but the Bush Administration called them off. Why? AIG of course was a major Bush stronghold and they were belly deep in MERS and the gang.

The savings and loan frauds of the 1980′s was actually the Bankers and Wall Street firms test run on massively stripping equity out of Americans. The set the stage with Reagan, the Democrats and Republicans by first getting rid of Roosevelts Glass-Steagal Act which prevented depression for 50 years then Bush-Republicans-Democrats to get rid of the authority that bankruptcy judges had from that same 1930s era, to reduce a home owners principle on their home, structure affordable payments and tell the banks to accept the lost.

The American Dream of Home Ownership is literally just that, a Dream.

Americans cannot own their home now unless, and only if, they purchased their homes before the 1980s or they are millionaires or otherwise have the straight cash to buy the home.

The bankers, Wall Street and mortgage lenders have designed loans where there is no making money off of a 30 year fix rate loan, but only short 5, 10 or maybe 15 year terms, and even then they are adjustable rates in order to maximize their profits and to compel home wanna be owners, to be forever enslaved to the Dream of working to pay off a loan that is impossible to pay off short of the foregoing exceptions.

We must come together and form a real team against this threat. I remembered reading in high school how our forefathers warned about the threats that have now over powered us, but I use to believe that it could never happen in modern sophisticated times.

I personally see now how most Senators and many Congressmen are actually treasonous traitors. I believe that they have acted worst then any terrorist has, for they are Trojans who gain our trust but sell their very souls to bankers who positively aim to always enslave us. Just as they are intentionally creating foreclosures on individuals, they have collectively foreclosed on America.

You know how we’re all pretty much taught to put God as “Number One” in our lives? We have the saying in fact: God, Family and Country. Some will swap Family and Country, but you catch my example, right?

Will pastor Zac Poonan’s son, Sandeep – yes they are from the place where real “Indians” come and exist – laid out something that really went to our core.

To put it simply: God does not want to be number one in our lives. In fact, you can go as far as to say that God actually hates that position. the fact of the matter is that when we place God as number one, it means that He is among many other things that we worship right along with Him. So he has to vie for our allegiance and attention.

For me this was a beautiful smack in the face. I simply love it when someone comes along and digs deeply into my spiritual security and shakes things up. It is absolutely poetry in motion….

If you were there you would understand what I mean. For instance, the title of the message is: The ONLY thing? He broke it down as there being 3 types of folks out there. Not merely Christians either, but those such as Muslims who do believe in Jesus and knows that he will be coming to judge all humanity one day, including them.

Some of us believe that Jesus/God is a Great Thing; others will see Him as the Main Thing, but very, very few, including myself, actually recognize God as the ONLY Thing! That’s right, the One and Only.

Some will give lip service to this idea, but do not even come close to walking the talk. Fact is that the gravitational pull of the world is always too strong for any of us. Not unless we truly come to recognize this shortcoming and pray wholeheartedly to God for help, will we ever be able to be elevated to such a blessed state.

As long as we place God as number one and not the only one, then we will never be able to actually be in-line with the real purposes that God has for our lives.
