Dick Cheny Wants Money Stupid

Why is everyone in the media and WhiteHouse pretending as if they do not understand what Dick Cheny’s motivation is?

Cheney was chairman and CEO of Halliburton Company from 1995 to 2000. While Vice President he caused billions of dollars in contracts to be awarded to Halliburton. Now he is out and obviously back on board there, so is it any wonder why he is vociferously crying out for more billions to be pumped into Afganistan?

Once Obama decides to send more troops, this automatically means that Halliburton will get more contracts to supply things in the war. They still have Iraq and part of Afganistan already. The ONLY reason he wants escalation there is to increase Halliburton’s bottom line. It is corporate welfare without the face of give away.

It is utterly amazing that no one has recognized Cheny’s motivations.

President’s Copenhagan Trip Was Good

Okay,

So Chicago did not get the chance to host the Olympic games, but it was sure a strong attempt.

There are a whole lot of haters out there calling the President’s trip to Copenhagen as a mistake. They seem to believe that it degrades the Presidency by setting the president up as looking like a defeated salesperson. That since no other president lobbied the Olympic committee that he should not have done so.

The Greeks have an appropriate word for that, its called “Baloney.” President Obama is not only a unique president for simply being another human being, but his whole background is radically unique.

A lot of childish minds are coming out of the wood work. It is understandable for losers of a political campaign to have regrets, feel bad and want to get back. But a large percentage of Republicans are showing bona fide hatred towards a human being who is expressing compassion, care and desire to help people. Contrast that to Bush who express lack of compassion and hatred towards others.

Are we attracted to personalities who are common to us?

Others are simply saying that the President tried his best but ran into the Olympic politics. The haters are saying Obama Rejected or No We Can’t and the like.

For God’s sake, grow up!

Right To Sue Congress and Senate

How is it that we can work so hard earning a living and have taken from us so much money and have so little representation from those whom we vote for?

How is it that it is our collective money that is used to build up and maintain public structures as Congress, Whitehouse, CIA headquarters and the thousands of other buildings, yet we are kept at a very distant distance so it all remains secret and hush hush?

Why do so many treat politicians as if they are holy and god like?

Political persons each urinate and defecate as the rest of us. They must sleep as we do and yes, they make even more mistakes in life than we do. Yet, we treat them as if they are special. It cost Americans over half a billion dollars to employ Senators, Congressmen, President, Supreme Court with all their corresponding staff members. They get the best health care in the country for thousands less than what we pay. They get paid more than the average American and they are at least 200 times more wasteful with money and resources than us. They do not have to produce anything for a living. They simply con us into believing that they will represent our wishes and needs and once in office they fulfill only the wishes and needs of those who pay them or their family in some form.

The founding fathers truly understood that these positions are very corrupting. And is why they granted us the right to have guns with instructions to use the guns to dismantle any government which was not representing the People. Unless we have the second coming of Jesus or get hit with an electromagnetic wave that wipes out all devices, it does not seem like we would even have the ability, no less the inclination, to overthrow our corrupt government.

This is why Americans must begin to sue their representatives and push prosecutors to prosecute them. In general, our reps are cloaked with immunity. And not many judges would allow citizens to penetrate this ludicrous thing. But if folks would start identifying the corrupt things that they do which is beyond their official capacity –e.g. South Carolina governor using/stealing state funds to have love affairs and children–and sue them in their individual capacity, then this would be a first step.

Next, we need to start and sustain a movement which pressures reps to pass laws which allow us to sue them when they conspire with others, who compensates them in money, gifts, trips, post-government jobs or any other form, to pass laws. In no way or form should anyone ever have to compensate any rep to pass a just law. And just laws are the only laws that should be passed. They are already being compensated by our tax dollars.

Being able to sue our state and federal reps is actually the 21st Century Right to Bear Arms. With this type of authority, the threat of being sued by average citizens would keep even the most egregious violators in check. They also should not be on more than one or two committees. We have a whole bunch of Jacks of All Trades, and few Masters.

Public Option–Republican vs Democrat vs God

Today at a Insight Beyond Sight class, someone raised the question: “Would Jesus be accepted by most people in the world today or crucified?”

This has been a question that I’ve heard many times over the years and the knee jurk answer has always been “probably” or simply “yes.” But today, I analyzed it by using President Obama and the Public Option debate.

For 12 years the Republicans have dominated Federal and State governments around the country. For 12 years the Oil, Banking, Investment and Insurance corporations have transferred more then 90% of the Gross Domestic Product to less than 10% of Americans, Saudis and other world elite. (It’s not commonly reported that large amounts of dollars are paid over to European, Middle Eastern and other investors).

I have reported elsewhere (see the book 20th Century American Struggle, 21st Century Hope) how American Elite has intentionally and scientifically used race, gender and other inherent differences to ensure division and decent among the lower, middle and upper-middle-classes so as to divert attention away from the stealing of trillions from the American People. The only way they can effectively take 90% of the economic pie without creating a revolution against them, is to keep the Classes fighting among themselves.

For the most part–there are exceptions–most of the culprits who create in-fighting among Americans of all races, genders etc have been Republicans. Republicans have traditionally been more focused on amassing insanely large amounts of money and more reluctant to share wealth with others. Republican politicians, per capita, receive more donations from Big Business than Democratic counterparts. So it is no big surprise that Republicans are now on the side of insurance and health care businesses.

The greatest single threat to the health care money making machine is the Public Option. Over 50 decades ago Senators and Representatives voted for a Public Option for themselves. They receive medical care that is better than the citizens who vote them into office, because they have not trusted the corporate medical care industry. They have held hearings and seen reports where HMO’s and others in the industry have been causing Americans to die or otherwise become more ill in order to save money so they can get bonuses and otherwise create more value for stock holders.

Thank of it: a medical system which rewards those who give out less medical care. Even if you actually truly need the care, they do all they can to save money. What does any of this have to do with Jesus and Obama?

Just imagine for a moment: President Obama is the first Democrat in 12 years to be in the White House. His top prior, before the economy went bust, was health care. He pushed through and supported more than a trillion dollars to “rescue” Wall Street, banks and others who have actually been gambling America’s wealth away.

NOW GET THIS: 97% of Republicans supported the rescue, this includes Beck, Limbaugh and their elk. But when the push to give every American the option to get care, irregardless of their preexisting medical conditions, at a higher quality and dramatically lower cost.

We are witnessing Republicans doing all that they can to assassinate the character, motives and spirit of a President who truly cares for his people. They never did anything to help medical cost other than take corporate money in exchange for enacting laws which give the ability to increase cost. A president who wishes to spend 300 billion or so over 10 years, to afford such.

I see this as someone who loves their people versus others who love the Mighty Dollar. If they had their way, they would crucify Obama politically and otherwise. So to me, if they would attack a common man for looking out for his people, these some folks would no doubt re-crucify Jesus, for he was really for the People.

I am not saying that most republicans in the rallies are anti-Christ, but many of them are attacking their president based on the manipulations of those who are by nature, have anti-Christ type mentalities. There are many who see themselves as followers of Jesus and God, but I would ask them to go into their hearts and ask: Would God vote for corporations to make more money or for people to receive decent health care? Would Jesus support such hateful hearts or others who feel duty-bound to be their brothers keeper?

So without the Public Option, the insurance companies will continue to collude with each other to keep the cost off insurance going up and denying viable real need claims, and not until YOU are directly affected by this, will YOU then see how they have been sucking the life blood out of the American People.

National Home Loan Recall

There needs to be a commonsense act where all mortgage lenders from Mom and Pop banks up to B of A are ordered to recall every single loan that they issued to home owners just as auto producers and other manufacturers will recall products or produce that are known to be defective.

I truly do not understand why this has not been a central part of the Government plans.

Evidence is mounting more and more which shows that real culprits behind our economic ills has been individuals at the helms of Wall Street firms as Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Moody’s, Dune and Bradstreet and lenders as Wells Fargo, Countrywide, B of A and others, who conspired to strip the equity out of American homes and transfer most of it into their own hands and other investors who are not Americans. That’s right. American investment firms sold off American property to hedge funds and other negotiable instruments that were picked up by many American institutions and foreigners. Instead of industry and the things it produce being the backbone of Wall Street investment, they pushed Reagan and other administrations to deregulate the money industry so they could sell American property. The results have been horrible for the common folks more than any other.

The Center on Public Integrity has found over 75% of the loans issued in the last decade were defective products in some area. Contracts were made which were in fact illegal. Falsified loan and other documents just scratches the surface.

Bottom line: we need for President Obama to begin mandates that directs all lenders to recall their loans and redo them. This is where the bail out money should be going. Modifications are not working because they are keeping home owners in the same predatory loans that we need to escape from. We need to go back to traditional loans, and simply stop penalizing borrowers with higher fees. If a person is such a risk on borrowing, then why lock them into higher loans? This means that you’re making them even a greater risk. It’s insanity!

21st Century American Revolution

In the book, 20th Century American Struggle, 21st Century Hope, there is a scenario where there is a table with ten (10) seats and set with massive amounts of the best foods on earth.

Imagine you being one of these ten people in the seat. You just came in from a hard day’s work and you’re ready to grub down with 9 other folks. As you are about to eat, one of the other 9 persons summons their workers over to the table to take 90% of the food off the table with instructions to cart the food off to their warehouse which they hoard away from everyone else.

What would you do? What would you say?

Well, the truth is that most of us are experiencing this everyday and we say or do nothing. In America, less than 10% take over 90% of the American economic pie and hoard it away in far off shore accounts or investments in other lands that Americans cannot benefit from.

It is very clear that there are powerful elite in America who are bent on dominating the majority of us. J.P. Morgan was the dominate player who contributed to the cause of the Great Depression coming on, and he used some of his own money to prop up the falling Wall Street. Today we now know that Merrill Lynch, AIG, Lehman Brothers, BofA, Countrywide and others collectively focused so much on stripping personal and commercial equity from us that they caused the Second Depression, albeit not as Great as the first. At least so far.

Americans are very much in trouble. They have no power over the decisions that politicians make on economic issues and they reject the sane insights of Michael Moore, Ross Poret, Ralph Nadar and others who have been calling our in the Wilderness for years. Capitalism is showing just how ugly and nasty it can be when the majority buy into its deception. Its okay when regulated, but destructive when not. Reagan convinced most to accept Trickle Down economics. That is where the wealthiest are given a greater share of the economic pie and let their crumbs fall down for others to pick up. The obvious problem to this, is that One (1) percent at the top gets over 50% of this pie and another 9% gets most of what is left.

Politicians are ABSOLUTELY bought out by those who have massive amounts of money. Only if politicians have a lot of money, as some of the Kennedys showed, and have a tradition of caring for people, will politicians be able to resist much of the greed and corruptions that take place.

We can wish America to get better all we want. It will not happen on its own. Coupled with racism, our capitalistic system is one of the most insensitive in the world. We are materially better off than 90% of the countries out there. But something that is inherent to elite of every country, they are still bent on enslaving the majority out of some sense of superiority that dangles in a self God perspective of themselves.

The founding Fathers of America knew this well and is why the Second Amendment was in fact second to the first. To carry arms was, and to a certain extent, still important. But in this 21st Century, the elite of the world will not be checked by pistols when they have smart bombs and cell phones that tracks our every movement. The common people need more sophisticated and powerful weapons to combat these every growing and dominating elite forces.

Specifically, we need to be able to sue the hell out of our Senators and Congressmen. They will only give access, real influential access, to those with money. Well, if citizens were to be able to sue them with those they conspire with, then this would level the playing field quite a bit. You see, right now, our officials protect themselves by enacting laws which give them immunity. This is detrimental for citizens. Revolution can only be won if citizens rise up and demand the right to sue their representatives in courts.

President Obama is now talking about taking away or reducing citizens rights to sue insurance companies, not to benefit citizens, but to benefit the elite. Keep in mind that their profits are more than 1000% even with citizens suing insurance companies. The problem is they do not want to be penalized in a way which would cause them to act ethically.

To have a revolution we must be intentional about it. To be a slave, we must remain passive.

Does The U.S. Media Have Amnesia

It took nearly 40 years, but President Jimmy Carter finally stood up with the truth of American racists’.

In 2008, 51% of Americans voted in the first African American President ever. Over 48% voted against him. Based on the January 2009 report by the IBS Institute, over 15% of these anti-Obama voters can be squarely identified as hard-core racists’ who conscious wish the death of the President and see the world coming to an end. What is more significant is the fact that there is evidence that 70% of the remaining voters were, and continue to be, influenced by the hard-core racist fringe. In 20th Century American Struggle, 21st Century Hope, authors Dr Salma Rashid and David Merritt clearly explain how “psychogenetic” traits are passed on to others which influences there behavior. Just as most people are influenced by school mates, co-workers, neighbors and others to make decisions in their lives, those who we politically associate with will induce certain behaviors in us, either on a conscious or subconscious levels.

All this aside, the bottom line is that the older voting Whites were, the less they voted for President Obama. The younger Whites were, the more they voted for him. There was a very very small number of older Whites who voted for him. It was the younger Whites who helped elect him.

Now get this.

The very same folks you see at these so called Tea Parties, 98% were part of the 48% who did not vote for him. These are the same or similar folks who were at the McCain/Palin rallies spewing out racial hatred.

Why did it take President Jimmy Carter acknowledging the reality of Republican racism instead our high tech Media? Where are the hard hitting reporters? I can understand FOX not wishing to expose this, but CNN, ABC and others?

If the Media wishes to stay relevant in our ever increasing information world, it needs to get its act out of sensationalism and report substance and truth.

Hearing President Obama’s Speech As An Independent

President Obama gave a truly high valued speech before Congress this evening. It is incredible to hear a human being speech with so much insight and love. I have never heard a President with so much real care for their people. Bill Clinton is a close second and Carter third.

Listening to Obama tonight and the Republican after talk, made me wonder for the first time why I do not shift from being an Independent and declare myself a Democrat? But as I think of it, I like my independence because at the end of the day politicians will ultimately rare their head in some form or fashion.

Having said that. It is utterly clear that Republicans are attacking Obama not simply because he is a democratic president, but he is not an “Elitist” but Populist. Obama is actually For the People and was made By the People!

Republicans sleep, eat, drink and have sex focusing on how they can take more away from the People and put it into their pockets. Where were they when Trillions were issued to wealthy Fat Cats who are rich enough to pay the health care premiums for every American for 20 years.

What the common person does not either know, or fail to keep in mind is, there is less than 10% of Americans who take over 80% of America’s economic pie. That there is no Revolution indicates that we live in an era of passive Americans. Americans who are most adversely affected are the least concerned with this fact and many of them are either manipulated or consciously support the Elite, believing that some how they shall benefit.

America is sick on many levels. One of the greatest needs is that Americans get the right to sue congressmen and senators on the state and federal level. If we can sue these law makers as we can doctors for malpractice, particularly for conspiring with lobbiest who buy them off to write or not write certain laws which will ensure their Corporate bosses ability to reduce workers into less significant jobs and companies with greater profits. In the end, politicians are the Hunchmen for the wealthy to herd us around like so much sheep. Or more accurately, Slaves.

President Obama’s attempts is to make us a little less subjected to such. It uses our OWN money to give us all higher value of life. It does not give more money to the wealthy. They are so so pissed off about health care reform because that would be so much less money that they can put into their pockets.

Common Americans need to get some real Insight Beyond Sight.

Slavery Still Alive In America Through Wall Street and Mortgage Companies

What is absolutely extraordinary is the fact that there is a constitutional ban on slavery yet our government has authorized it by way of creating laws (or striping laws away) which gives free rein to non bank and banking mortgage companies the freedom to not only strip the equity from american homes, but to additionally siphon off trillions that we and future generations will have to pay.

When you evaluate our history in this area, one truly thinks that its banking perpetrators are very hostile enemies of the common American. For their actions are actually trapping us in a mess not of our own choosing, but a trap orchestrated by financial masterminds who have an insatiable greed to suck money from us.

The mortgage industry in general is a good thing when it is your local community bank or Credit Union. Theoretically it can be good if under real regulatory control, but politicians and bureaucrats typically do not put the common people first. They put those with the largest purse first. When quantity and the elite are the focus we have repeated financial failures. Capitalism itself is not evil, but American capitalism truly is.

Back in the Carter administration, the door was opened to non-banking lenders to not only issue mortgages, but mortgages that could be sold on Wall Street. It would take a couple of decades for Countrywide and its elk to exploit the new laws, and for Reagan to deregulate or not regulate at all, but in principle once the non banking mortgage companies began to run out of folks who could afford to put 10 to 20 % down on a home purchase, they identified people who could not afford such as their next frontier. The problem was where would they get the money to finance these people, the government wasn’t going to back them.

Then came Wall Street and its rating agencies.

Wall Street is a parasite that never dies. It has an insatiable appetite to consume. It would be no exaggeration to characterize it as the metabilism of a capitalistic society. When you do not feed it, just as our bodily metabilism would eat our own bodies internally if not feed, Wall Street eats its society when it appetites grows and there is not enough external food for it to consume. Those politicians who pushed to invest Social Security on Wall Street were bought out by Lobbiest who worked for Wall Street firms who knew this.

In the late 90’s through 2000’s, large Wall Street firms began courting non banking mortgage companies and working out agreements where mortgages would be put together in “Securities” that could be rated by the rating agencies Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s and Fitch as investment quality securities which investors could buy. For the sake of simplicity: Imagine if you received A’s throughout your college or school years, you would be a good risk for a company to take in hiring you to do a job for them. Whereas getting F’s would be a poor investment.

Investors relied on the rating agencies to grade securities so they could weight risks’. What they did not know was that the heads of Wall Street firms had conspired with the heads of rating agencies to give A’s to mortgage securities that deserved B’s, C’s, D’s and yes, even F’s. Politicians know this but have been threaten by Wall Street and rating agencies power over there economic lives. For example, only Georgia and New Jersey have been bold enough to pass anti-predatory lending laws that prohibit sub-prime loans with financial liabilities and otherwise protected the consumers. The rating agencies downgraded these states Rating in order to make it difficult or more expensive for them to get loans and other benefits on the world market until these state politicians reversed their laws, taking away the liability for predatory lending.

This opened the door wider for greedy businessmen such as Countrywide Angelo Mozilo and others to train thousands of employees to falsely portray to Americans that subprime loans were the best choice for them, when in fact conventional loans or no loan at all was. The reason for this was if they could get Americans into sub-prime loans, they would then be assured in transferring, or stripping, the equity from American homeowners and taking it for themselves. This mortgage crisis was nothing sort of transferring equity from millions of Americans over to a few.

Angelo Mozilo, Kenneth Lewis of Bank of America, John Stumpf of Wells Fargo and all their lower lieutenants have walked away with BILLIONS of dollars. Each one of them had no more than a few thousand dollars when they first started out. The same is true, and even worst for Wall Street King Pins. Wall Street gave these incompetent greedy men billions of dollars of American money, knowing that it would all crumble at some point. They were never concerned about losing other people money, just like Bernard L. Madoff who intentionally stole over 50 billion of investor money. In fact, the culture on Wall Street is to STEAL others money if they are not capable to increasing it through Wall Street’s gambling techniques.

The bottom line is that we are not being protected by anyone in Congress or our state houses. They are using 90% of Americans as slaves. They set up these games for us to play in, with the cards stacked against us, and ensure that we end up in debt collectively if not individually. Not only do we have to pay our way out of these trillions that are being stacked up, but our future children for the next hundred or more years. At some point a generation is going to raise up who has enough guts to revolt collectively. Only a few are ready to do so now. We are all like the frog who is getting cooked ever so slowly, not knowing that we’re heading towards a boil that is going to kill us.
